Photographs

One of the challenges of running a (very) small business is that its just me. There are lots of jobs to be done which in a bigger environment would be shared out but usually I have to do them all which includes the bits I love (sewing – obviously), the bits I hate (marketing), and the bits I’m just not that great at.

 

However, one of my talents carried over from my team working days is the art of delegation, and another, part of living in a close-knit village community, is skill sharing. The result is many of the beautiful photos on my website, by my friend Rhianon. She is amazing photographer and this was my reward end of some skill-sharing. Enjoy!

I think I’m there.  Lots of pages now with some pictures (taken by my dear friend Rhianon) and all the links works.  Its all getting quicker and I’m feeling less like I’m wading through treacle.

So.  This is my very first blog post.  I’ve never done actual bona fide blogging before but I’m fairly prolific on Facebook, so how hard can it be?

I’m on way way to setting up my new business making beautiful fabric products for life on the go but apparently I have to get tech-savvy and social-media savvy to make it happen.  Here goes….
